We shot this just before the quarantine, but it seems to fit the moment. This began mostly as a lighting and mood test, and we came up with a loose story the day before we shot. We hit some roadblocks, and didn’t think we could finish under the current circumstances. But the footage told a certain story when we got into edit. When the forces around you grip tightly, and our relationships and our creativity feel bound up, we can choose to let in fear or light. We choose light.
